Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use Magic Greeting. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Your Responsibilities

By using Magic Greeting, you confirm that:

• You are 18 or older.
• You have the rights and permission to upload the photos you submit.
• You have permission for any people or children shown in your photos where required.
• You will not upload content that violates our Content Policy.

AI-Generated Content

AI-generated images can contain mistakes. Likeness may not be perfect, and text may occasionally be wrong. You can report issues and we aim to review requests within 5 business days.

Ownership and Use

You may use your generated card personally or commercially, subject to applicable law and the terms of our image generation provider. Magic Greeting will not use real customer cards in public demos or marketing without your explicit permission.

Share Links

• Share links are public to anyone with the link.
• Links expire after 1 month with Basic or 3 months with Plus.
• Creators can revoke links at any time.
• Magic Greeting does not provide a download button to share-link viewers.
• Viewers may still screenshot or save what they can see — we cannot prevent this.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. Magic Greeting does not store full credit card numbers. Prices are shown and charged in the selected USD or CAD pricing currency before applicable government taxes. Your card issuer may charge foreign-exchange fees. See our Refund Policy for refund information.

Service Availability

Magic Greeting is provided "as is" without guarantees of availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magic Greeting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
