Content Policy

This policy defines what users may not upload, generate, share, or use Magic Greeting for. It gives us the right to remove content, revoke links, suspend users, deny refunds, or ban accounts.

Banned Content

You may not upload, generate, or share content that includes:

• Nudity or sexually explicit content
• Exploitative or inappropriate content involving minors
• Graphic violence
• Hateful, harassing, or abusive content
• Illegal content
• Impersonation or non-consensual use of someone's image
• Images you do not have permission to use
• Profanity or offensive messaging
• Attempts to generate humiliating, harmful, or degrading depictions
• Attempts to bypass Magic Greeting's fixed-option system
• Abuse of support, reporting, or refund systems

Enforcement

If you violate this policy, Magic Greeting may:

• Remove generated cards
• Revoke share links
• Delete uploaded media
• Suspend your account
• Deny future service
• Report serious abuse to authorities if legally required
• Issue or deny refunds on a case-by-case basis

Reporting

Reports do not automatically hide cards. When a report is submitted:

1. A viewer submits a report with their email.
2. The report is linked to the card and share link.
3. Our admin team receives an alert.
4. An admin reviews the report.
5. The admin may dismiss the report or take action (hide/delete card, revoke link, suspend user, or grant retry/refund).
