Service Providers

Magic Greeting may use service providers for:

Image and Video Generation Provider Disclosure

To generate your card, we send your uploaded image and selected card options to our image generation provider. This is necessary to create your personalized greeting card.

If you choose to create an animated card, we send the selected card image and animation settings to our video generation provider. This is necessary to create the animated version of your card.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not give advertisers access to uploaded photos or generated cards for ad targeting.
• We do not use customer photos in public demos or marketing without permission.
• We do not display real customer cards publicly unless the creator shares the link.
• We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

Business Transfer

If Magic Greeting is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of some or all of its business or assets, personal information may be disclosed to relevant parties and transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

Consent Records

We store records of your consent, including the version of the terms and privacy policy you accepted, the timestamp, and your upload-retention choice.

Children in Photos

Users must be 18 or older. Users may upload photos of children only if they have the right and permission to do so, including permission for any children or other people shown in the photo where required.

Magic Greeting is a commercial service based in Canada and available in Canada. PIPEDA (the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) applies to our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information during commercial activity. We are committed to meaningful consent, ensuring users understand the nature, purpose, and consequences of what they are consenting to.
